Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, as well as greet walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner
- Gather required customer information such as company name, contact name, address, phone number, and detailed information of the call
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and co-workers
- Maintain and update customer records with complete and accurate information
- Communicate professionally and effectively both written and spoken
- Follow up with clients on appointment reminders or schedule changes, and make sure reminders or changes are entered into the system
- Will manage multiple tasks at one time, where time and tasks must be managed efficiently to meet deadlines
- Will enter data into spreadsheets and type documents using MS Office programs such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required
- Will complete any other duties assigned
Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 2 years of verifiable office experience
