Greet walk-ins, have them sign in, make copies of ID’s TWIC, Safety, any certs or medical cards, etc. Schedule drug screens (DISA, 10-panel, or whatever that plant requires), run BG checks, set up safety courses at safety council, issue per diem onto pay cards, schedule travel and hotels for employees, answer phones, be able to understand what plants requires what training and prescreening, will send in badge requests after all training completed, must save billing items in company shared one drive folders...
