Office Assistant
Pay - 23 per hour
· Assist HR managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle (e.g. onboarding new hires, scheduling interview, candidate sourcing)
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
· Properly handle employers’ complaints and performance review
· Assist in creating policies, processes and documents
· Coordinate communication with office related suppliers and services
· Conduct purchasing and managing office supplies.
· Provide needed administrative support
Skills
· Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration) or equivalent experience required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skill
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent organizational skills
· Fluent in Chinese Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus
