Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on assigned production lines

• Train and guide production team members on safety and job procedures

• Perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments as needed

• Maintain product quality, proper loading, and cleanliness standards

• Complete accurate reports for production, inventory, and receiving

• Support compliance with ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management System

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven mechanical and leadership skills (experience or training-based)

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate production staff

• Knowledge of production improvements and risk analysis
