Our Client in Bensalem, Pennsylvania is seeking a Coater Operator for their office. This is a Temp to Hire position, offering $18 per hour. The schedule for this position is 4 days a week, 3rd shift, 7:00pm-7:00am.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Operating tape coating machines used to convert jumbo rolls of film into coated jumbo rolls
- Use equipment to load rolls, set up sizes, adjust operating parameters, load on empty cores, remove rolls, mix batches of adhesive
- Maintaining quality standards
- Follow schedules
- Input production data into computer for production
- Creating jumbo roll tickets
- Ability to locate proper materials
- Follow all safety and efficiency protocols and instructions
Requirements:
- Experience operating a forklift is a huge plus!
- Experience in web handling, converting, or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Capable of working independently
