HIRING ASAP! Our Client in Bristol, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their office. This position is offering $20 an hour based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:45am-5:15PM.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact directly with customers either by telephone or electronically, responding to inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests about products and services promptly
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience is required
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative procedures
