Our Client in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Receptionist to join their office. This is a Temp to Hire role, offering $20 an hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and making phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Typing, filing, mailing and assisting other staff as needed
- Logging in erosion & sedimentation control plans
- Maintaining accurate records of deposits of payments for District Services, determine fee requirements
- Respond to inquires from staff and public
- Maintain office supplies
- Data Entry
- Prepare materials and meeting notices for meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- Receptionist or Administrative experience is required
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with written and numerical data, and to make arithmetical calculations quickly and accurately
- Strong communication and organizational skills
