Sales Assistant
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join a local company in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and driven to support sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Record all callbacks, customer interactions, and leads in Salesforce daily before leaving the office
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
Greet customers professionally and build rapport
Assist in closing sales, processing payments, and completing related documentation
Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Generate new leads, referrals, and sales opportunities
Create and maintain a personal marketing plan
Work toward and achieve monthly sales quotas
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and follow customer service best practices
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn products quickly and explain features clearly
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
