Pay: $15–$17/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Full-Time (TTFT), On-Site
Position Overview:
Hardware Resources’ Bossier City office is seeking a motivated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for the HR department and serve as the front office receptionist. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a desire to build a career in Human Resources. This person will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, making excellent customer service essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, customers, and job applicants professionally
Coordinate interviews in collaboration with plant and HR management
Manage walk-in applicants, ensuring they receive applications and testing as appropriate
Assist employees with basic inquiries and concerns, escalating to HR team members as needed
Maintain and file employee personnel records accurately and up-to-date
Assist with planning, setup, and cleanup of Quarterly luncheons and employee events, including monthly anniversary and birthday celebrations
Maintain and reconcile the petty cash box monthly for Finance and Accounting
Track plant attendance for the Bossier City location
Monitor and restock campus break area supplies; coordinate orders with purchasing
Arrange travel accommodations (flights, hotels) for HR team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department and overall office operations
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Previous experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
