Job Description

We are currently searching for a recent college graduate to work for a growing company located in New Orleans as a Client Services Representative.

This position offers a full benefits package which includes: medical, dental, vision, paid-time-off, paid holiday, 401 (k), and much more! The pay is $17 per hour to start with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, a quick learner, efficient, possess great communication skills, articulate, possess a good attention to detail, flexible, energetic, professional, a good listener, able to think on their own, a problem solver, and driven to succeed.

Duties of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to:

  • Providing great customer service via the phone and/or email

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Managing client accounts

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Typing correspondence

  • Generating quotes

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements of the Client Services Rep include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science related field

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in office setting preferred.

  • Great customer service skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
