We are currently searching for an Executive Assistant to work with a very professional, well established, commercial property management company located in New Orleans, LA.

Pay will be $47,000-$49,000 BOE. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5. Competitive benefits package will be offered upon hire.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are no limited to:

  • preparing, proofreading, and distributing operating reports.

  • updating tenant contact directories.

  • scheduling for the conference center.

  • sending out emails to building tenants regarding building news.

  • drafting security memos.

  • maintaining multiple calendars.

  • gathering, approving, and sending in invoices to be paid and distribution of checks.

  • handling lease renewals and contract coordination.

  • typing and proofreading correspondence and lease proposals.

  • collecting monthly sales numbers.

  • maintaining personnel records.

  • maintaining reading files.

  • maintaining insurance documents.

  • assigning and maintaining post office box lists.

  • handling inventory of office supplies as well as ordering office supplies.

  • being the receptionist's back up as needed.

  • handling maintenance calls.

  • handling travel arrangements.

  • event coordination

  • work with graphics company regarding all print material

  • composing newsletters

  • marketing coordination

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years experience working as an Executive Assistant

  • Experience in property management or previous experience working for a property management company is preferred
