We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented C-Suite Administrative Receptionist to join our client's team in Jupiter, FL. This position serves as the first point of contact for executive-level staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.

Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately.

Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.

Administrative Support:

Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for C-suite executives.

Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.

Office Management:

Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Assist in organizing office events and functions.

Ensure a smooth workflow in the administrative office.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting executive-level staff.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
