We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented C-Suite Administrative Receptionist to join our client's team in Jupiter, FL. This position serves as the first point of contact for executive-level staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties:

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.

    • Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately.

    • Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for C-suite executives.

    • Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting materials.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.

  • Office Management:

    • Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

    • Assist in organizing office events and functions.

    • Ensure a smooth workflow in the administrative office.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting executive-level staff.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
