Duties:

Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

Collect and verify patient information, including personal details and medical history

Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general information

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic systems

Assist with insurance verification and obtain necessary authorizations

Process payments and provide receipts to patients

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical scheduling, patient service, or office administration preferred

Knowledge of medical receptionist duties and medical administrative support tasks

Familiarity with office systems such as electronic health records (EHR) or practice management software

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
