Manpower is seeking to fill a Title clerk position in Delray Beach, FL. It consists of being able to learn/retain company processes and communicate effectively (verbally and written) with customers, co-workers and clients. This is a fast-paced position that will require the ability to be organized, effective, efficient and dependable in completing daily tasks and responsibilities

 

$18.00/hr.Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

 

This position of title processing clerk consists of preparing documents and calculating an estimate of taxes and fees to title and/or register a vehicle.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Processing information and legal documents required for interstate titling and/or registration of motor vehicles

Must have the ability to multitask, be very organized and detailed.

This will require the individual to be effective, efficient and dependable in completing their daily tasks and responsibilities.

A successful individual will be flexible and adaptable.

Must have the ability to handle a fast paced work environment.

 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business communication

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of customer management and associates

 

DOCUMENT HANDLING SKILLS

  • Ability to identify and handle sensitive and confidential documents

  • Ability to accurately calculate taxes and fees based on state/county/city requirements

  • Ability to accurately prepare documents to title and/or register a vehicle based on state/county/city requirements

 

TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

  • Ability to follow established priorities

  • Ability to meet time sensitive commitments and expectations

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Ability to learn new software packages

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to strictly adhere to the company processes and procedures. The requirements listed below are representative of the general business knowledge, skills and abilities required.
