About Our Client: Manpower, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Care Advisor for their Boca Raton & North Broward locations. This role focuses on ensuring seniors are placed into the right assisted living communities that fit their needs.

About the Role: As a Senior Care Advisor, you will build and maintain client relationships to ensure they find safe care options. You will promote the brand in the community, visit healthcare facilities to generate sales for assisted living referrals, and meet clients for care discovery and customized tours. Additionally, you'll educate professionals and consumers about services, maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they find the safest care options by building and maintaining trust.

  • Visit healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and elder care facilities to generate sales for assisted living referrals.

  • Meet with clients in person to complete care discovery and provide appropriate care options.

  • Provide customized tours for clients.

  • Educate professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding available services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals who could utilize senior care services.

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan for your territory.

  • Participate in community marketing opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of senior care resources.

  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational skills.

  • Strong service attitude and dedication to the community.

  • Excellence in closing sales and asking for the business.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional Attributes:

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving the community, ensuring seniors are placed into the right assisted living communities that fit their needs, and have a strong presence in the community to actively promote the brand.

Pay: 45,000.00 + Commission

1st year earnings up to 75,000.00 With no Cap on earnings.
