Manages assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This includes supporting the development of Statements of Work (SOW), functional requirements, project plan with milestones, and implementation plan. Ensures functional excellence of new processes, procedures and systems. This role demands Leadership behavior which enables and deliver change and can operate at the strategic level aligning Company Regional Strategy with Company Corporate Strategy and deliver these solutions at the tactical level within the region of responsibility.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Manages a portfolio of Global HR Projects for Client which may include large, complex projects.

  • Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Tracks project milestones and deliverables.

  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  • Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

  • Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management.

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems while considering resource capacity, limitations and desired results.

  • Participates in prioritizing the implementation of the project with internal and business needs.

  • Prepares project plans and implementation schedules.

  • Maintains and develops documentation for responsible area.

Skills Requirements:

 

  • Remote only

  • 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Must have very strong analytical skills and project management experience. Must easily adapt to dynamic work environments with changing needs and deadlines. Must be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision. Should be able to manage their time very well and prioritize projects and responsibilities as needed. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

  • Flexible during times of change. Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.

  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Client or customer specific.
