Manpower is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client located in Delray Beach.

Position Summary:

The position of the Customer Service Representative consists of being able to learn/retain company processes and communicate effectively (verbally and written) with customers, co-workers and clients. This is a fast-paced position that will require the ability to be organized, effective, efficient and dependable in completing daily tasks and responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Consistently handle inbound phone calls.

  • Consistently perform outbound phone calls.

  • Initiating of electronic communication via email and/or fax.

  • Handling of documents received (electronic and shipped).

  • Filing of accounts.

  • Scheduling of account follow-up.

  • Initiating appropriate follow-up action to seek resolution.


  • Recent, professional customer service experience.

  • Recent experience using Microsoft Office.

  • PC Proficient.

  • Data Entry and attention to detail.

  • Time Management.

  • Multi-Tasking.

  • PC Proficient.

  • Punctual.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hours are from 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday - Friday
