Manpower is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client located in Delray Beach.
Position Summary:
The position of the Customer Service Representative consists of being able to learn/retain company processes and communicate effectively (verbally and written) with customers, co-workers and clients. This is a fast-paced position that will require the ability to be organized, effective, efficient and dependable in completing daily tasks and responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Consistently handle inbound phone calls.

Consistently perform outbound phone calls.
-
Initiating of electronic communication via email and/or fax.
-
Handling of documents received (electronic and shipped).
-
Filing of accounts.
-
Scheduling of account follow-up.
-
Initiating appropriate follow-up action to seek resolution.
Qualifications:
-
Recent, professional customer service experience.
-
Recent experience using Microsoft Office.

PC Proficient.
-
Data Entry and attention to detail.
-
Time Management.
-
Multi-Tasking.
-
PC Proficient.
-
Punctual.
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Hours are from 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday - Friday
Offers are contingent on a background check and drug screen.
