Client Coordinator:In this position you will be the primary point-of-contact with tenants and key external vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives including amenities, tenant events, vendor outreach and civic partnerships.

  • Ensuring tenant issues and needs are responded to and resolved by the appropriate individual, department, or service.

  • Development, coordination, and implementation of special events including ideation, marketing material, event logistics, management of event performance, and corresponding post-event breakdown and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2-10 years’ Hospitality and Marketing experience in LUXURY resort, Commercial Class A properties or co-working setting Can only be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading a program

  • Enjoys continuous change and improvement

  • Proficient in social media, Mailchimp, and Canva

  • Proficient in MS Office suite

  • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage relationships

  • Enthusiasm for delighting customers through value-add events and programming

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills

  • Event & Catering Management

  • Food & Beverage Programming

  • Social Media & Marketing

  • Exceptional Communication

  • Budget & Logistics Management

 

45K to 50K Annually

This position will be eligible for the annual bonus
