Manpower is hiring a receptionist/office support admin., for a very busy manufacturing client in West Palm Beach. We are looking for someone who loves to stay busy, be a part of a company that promotes a team environment. In this role you will be answering phones, greeting guests and vendors in the lobby area. You will provide professional administrative support to a front office team,  coordinate and manage outgoing freight. The successful candidate will be able to stay organized while managing daily routines and prioritizing projects.

Daily Tasks include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls

  • Monitor gate/cameras

  • Greeting employees, visitors, and vendors in the lobby

  • Provide access code to enter and exit the facility

  • Maintain a variety of files and reports in the office.

  • Provide friendly and courteous email and communication to customers placing orders

  • Supply product information to customers

  • Informing shipping/warehouse when deliveries/pick up arrive

  • Monitor Orders email inbox

  • Reviewing inventory

Successful Candidates will have the following skills:

  • Microsoft Office

  • Computer Savvy

  • Intermediate Math

  • Problem Solving

  • Multitasker

  • Customer Service

  • Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not required
