Manpower is hiring for an excellent employer in Delray Beach. In this position you will be the go-to for all technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. The role requires advanced knowledge of Office365.

 

Here is what you can expect in your daily routine:

 

  • Serve as the first contact with customers who need Technical assistance via the phone or email, or in person.

  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques

  • Keep current with technology

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.

  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service.

  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

  • Provide needed information on IT products or services.

  • Keep record of problems and their resolution.

  • Follow-up with employees

  • Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.

  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting

  • Suggest improvements on procedures.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have at least 2+ years of IT experience in a helpdesk.

  • Must have at least 4+ years of advanced Office365 experience.

  • Must be willing work in person in Delray Beach.

 

Must have Experience working with the following:

  • Microsoft Windows 10

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • Knowledge of Group Policy Objects

  • Must have advanced Office365 Knowledge

  • Dynamic Distribution Groups

  • Proxy Address’s

  • Migrations

  • PowerShell

  • Intune
