In this role you will:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Assists with developing work documentation and compiles information.

  • Serves as a liaison with all other non-divisional areas.

What skills are required:

  • 2-5 Years working in an office / administrative position or office manager position

  • Professional level writing and verbal communication

  • You will need GREAT CUSTOMER Service skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suites.


Pay $20.00/hr.
