Manpower is hiring a research analyst for a great client in Boca Raton. Our client has a great working environment, and you will be assisting them with research that is a fundamental part of their business.
 TYPICAL DUTIES:

  • Provide high quality customer service to internal customers

  • Download and upload documents into LMS system.

 

  • Search, update, and/or verify data in our CRM system (Dynamics) to ensure that appropriate fields are accurate (e.g. Name, Address, Date of Birth, SSN, Phones, etc.).

 

  • Perform LexisNexis searches as needed to assure accurate linking of documents to CRM records.

 

  • Identify leads that are true duplicates that need to be merged, and identify leads that were incorrectly merged and need to be split into two leads

  • Utilize on-line information providers as well and county web sites to perform document searches.

  • Review in-house legal documents for compliance, specifically petitions and court orders. Determine missing documents to be ordered and uploaded.

  • Data entry or verification of all relevant information contained within documents and enter results in proprietary information gathering forms.

  • Identify and correct inconsistent information contained in documents and leads associated with documents.

  • Analyze the payments awarded and sold to Calculate and/or verify the present value of the remaining payments.

  • Communicate discrepancies and possible complications clearly.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Research Lead or the Director of HR.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Requires a High School diploma or its equivalent.

Experience:

  • Prior experience with legal documents preferred.

  • Some experience in a technical data entry capacity preferred.

  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position.

  • Works under immediate supervision.

Skills:

  • West Law - Required.

 

  • Must be extremely detailed oriented and is willing to learn and follow well defined processes

  • Must be well organized, able to reason and make decisions, willing to understand and own the business process and able to work independently within a team environment

  • Must have excellent typing skills – with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, any prior experience with internet search engines and search expression techniques is preferred

 

Salary $45,000.00/yr
