Manpower is hiring for an outbound solution driven sales representative.
This position identifies lead prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques, identifies and verifies phone numbers, disqualified leads and future prospects. Provide excellent customer service.
Always provide exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving client concerns.
Understand customer needs and requirement.
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.
Maintain contact with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Identify new leads and referrals resulting from customer contact.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
100% outbound cold calling to database leads.
Verify unverified numbers and verify all disqualified leads.
BS or BA degree and/or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
Ability to influence others and to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to forge strong relationships over the telephone.
Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong listening skills.
Manage time effectively.
Proficient with computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, any prior experience with a CRM is preferred.
Must be able to work independently, extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task and adapt to the changes inherent in a fast-paced growing company.
Strong sense of initiative and urgency in completing assigned tasks.
Must be a people person, team player and have solid interpersonal skills that allow you to interact and work well with other departments.
Pay Rate $45K Annualized Salary
Will earn commissions on successfully closed sales
