The customer service call center representative is the point of contact existing customers to facilitate the re-order process. Under general supervision, the representative is responsible for the timely processing of customer re-orders and maintains patient files.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned.

  • Interact with customers regularly to make sure all customer needs are met.

  • Responsible for generating all delivery paperwork for sales, providing a high level of customer service to patients.

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls.

  • Provide professional and positive communications with customers.

  • Is responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of products & services, company policies & procedures.

  • Is responsible for maintaining patient files as specified in company policy, and other tasks as required.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with insurance rules and regulations preferred.

  • High school diploma.

  • Previous billing experience preferred.

  • Analytical skills required


TRAINING:

  • Fraud, Abuse, and Waste Training

  • HIPAA Training

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

To continue to be best in class within our industry, we require all employees to participate in ongoing education to maintain/increase their competency or in the event, the team member changes responsibility within the company.

Notice:

Candidate would need to work either : (10:30 am – 7 pm or 11:30 am – 8 pm)

$14-$15/hr.
