  • Perform word processing of proposals and reports

  • Utilize styles, insert photos and figures, apply into final software

  • Maintain electronic files through the database of company reports

  • Handles conference attendance, prepares, ships materials

  • Archive files, scan documents, backup media transfers

  • Master software packages Word, Adobe, Excel, RefWorks

  • Is accountable and responsible for personal safety training as applicable

  • Accept other reasonable word processing duties as assigned



  • Excellent word processing skills

  • Dependable, flexible and able to multi-task as priorities dictate

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

  • Good organization skills

  • Able to proof-read

  • Attention to detail

  • 4+ years of document processing experience


$15- $17/hr.
