We are seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team !!

 

Primary Location: Remote (until pandemic is over, afterwards, San Diego Corporate Office)

Shift hours: Normal business hours, flexible on times to assist with occasional early meetings (e.g. 6am PT meetings)

 

• Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

• Develop presentation materials to support external engagements including, but not limited to industry panels and regulatory or customer meetings

• Develop, edit, and format slides and documents for internal and external presentations

• Work with MA management, ResMed legal counsel, and site personnel to generate and manage contracts and consulting agreements

• Provide internal and external meeting support, including scheduling and organizing meeting space and activities, documentation, and distribution of minutes and materials

• Order, receive, track, ship and reconcile clinical study devices and supplies for clinical studies in the US in accordance with FDA regulations and ResMed work instructions

• Coordinate travel and manage expense reports for select US team members

• Provide calendar for select US team members

• Order office and other supplies to support day-to-day work and meetings for the US team

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

 

• Qualifications and Experience

 

• One (1) to three (3) years related administrative support experience

• Experience in health software, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry highly desired

• Analytical skills needed to reduce issue to core components and understand key business impacts

• Must have minimum of intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Creative and resourceful in resolving issues, and ability to handle ambiguity

• Clear and direct communicator

• Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered
