We are currently looking for a TA Coordinator to work for a Computer Software company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) along with experience coordinating interviews for candidates. If you are detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills, then we are looking for you to join our team.

Requirement

  • 1 year experience coordinating within Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

 

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and schedule all interviews and manage referrals and candidate applications. Communicate professionally and timely with our hiring managers, internal recruiters, external recruiters and candidates while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Manage job postings on internal and external job boards

  • Coordinate and assist with planning Talent Acquisition activities

  • Recommends process improvements to streamline hiring process and improve candidate experience

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and candidates to resolve questions related to established talent acquisition policies and procedures

  • Assist with various special projects and duties as needed

  • Ensure all data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up-to-date and all applicants are accurately tracked.

  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate degree required

  • 2 + years of HR, Recruiting, or related experience

  • 1 year experience coordinating within Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Must be proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
