We are currently looking reliable and dedicated workers to join the team as an assembler. In this role you will learn a station at a time and assist with assembling various medical parts. If you have warehouse experience or are looking to learn a new skill, then we are looking for you!

  • Shift: 2nd- 2:00PM-10:30PM

Essential Functions

  • Follows verbal and/or written instructions such as drawings, travelers, work instructions, process specifications, and direction of supervisor in completing a variety of assembly and subassembly tasks.

  • Under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures and equipment to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble units.

  • Assures product meets or exceeds company and customer expectations of quality and workmanship.

  • Accurately reports production data.

  • Reads, understands and adheres to appropriate company and department policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safe and productive workplace and quality products and customer service.

  • Must immediately report any and all unsafe conditions and/or work related injuries/illnesses to supervisor.

  • Comfortable sitting and standing while being rotated every two hours

  • Performs other duties, as assigned, to maintain efficiency throughout the company.


  • High school diploma is required

  • one plus years of related experience and/or training a plus; willing to train for those that do not have experience with assembly work.

  • Ability to Lift and Carry a Minimum of 25lbs.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Tops Skills

  • Work with Grease dispensers, small presses, balancers, etc.

  • Excellent attendance and work ethic

  • Comfortable working under metrics
