We are currently looking for a Shipping Receiving Clerk to work for a medical company in the Miramar area. In this role you will assist with the shipping/receiving and fulfillment of a large volume of orders on a daily basis. Monitor inventory and maintain the stockroom in an orderly fashion. If you have 3 plus years of experience, then we are looking for you to join the team.

Job Duties

  • Receiving/Shipping Products

  • Inventory Cycle Counts, research as needed for discrepancies

  • Emailing/calling customers and vendors

  • All necessary paperwork pertaining to shipments such as: creating and printing shipping labels, commercial invoices and required documents

  • Keep shipping area and warehouse organized and clean

  • Follow up on any pending items in a timely and effective manner

  • Data input into shared system for tracking and reporting purposes

  • Quality assurance and verification

  • Fulfilling a high volume of orders on a daily basis


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  • 3 plus years of stockroom or warehouse experience required

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, most weight is 10 lbs-30 lbs, receiving and filling orders

  • Basic typing skills, 25wpm, data entry, with a high accuracy rate

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Prior knowledge of USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping systems
