Sr. Manager Global Compliance

At the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Manager, Global Compliance will create, improve, and/or maintain compliance programs for sales, healthcare informatics, market access, finance, operations, and other functions primarily within the United States and in other applicable markets across the globe. The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

  • Drafting policies and procedures and working directly with the business units to develop the necessary processes to implement the policies and procedures.

  • Lead the development of the training program and conduct training on key policies, procedures and other high risk compliance matters.

  • Provide compliance analysis for Open Payments Act reporting, dispute resolution, and other details surrounding the Company’s reporting obligations.

  • Provide support and in some cases, drive large scale projects involving sampling, sales and marketing promotions, sweepstakes, and other programs.

  • Prevent, identify, and resolve potential non-compliance risks and providing counsel to the business on proactively eliminating, mitigating, and resolving such risks.

  • Adopt reasonable controls to measure compliance, periodic reporting via a compliance dashboard; provide follow up to appropriate stakeholders in Legal and senior management.

  • Assist internal and external auditors on those controls that should be subjected to audit, investigation, and reporting.

  • Participate in periodic auditing and monitoring activities, communications to the business, and process for obtaining management response to any identified gap.

  • Drive the development and implementation of an investigation training and protocol.

  • Develop and administer annual compliance plans, and deliver or oversee the delivery of training content.

  • Assist in identifying the legal compliance risks existing within our various business models.

  • Communicate routinely with relevant stakeholders, including the appropriate Legal

  • Business Partner regarding identified risks and compliance concerns.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years related experience in designing, implementing and training on compliance programs or equivalent combination of education and experience in compliance roles ideally for companies in the healthcare/life sciences industry.

  • Must possess strong legal/compliance and research skills.

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be a team player and work well with others.


Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar certification within 12 months of hire
