We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist a health and wellness company in the Sorrento Valley area. In this role you will answer general questions about benefits/products, participating locations, inquiries regarding fitness centers, and denied reimbursements.
Shift: Must feel comfortable taking a shift between hours of operations (6am – 8pm PST)
Start Date: September 30th, 2019
Respond to incoming and outgoing phone calls regarding fitness and health benefits in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
Document the nature of the call in the system while on the phone
Advises on benefit plan information like Co-pays or payments of certain benefits
Escalates issues to the research team and makes outbound calls as applicable to follow up with customers requesting call backs on escalated issues
Resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Inform supervision/management of all unresolved complaints
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma required
Must feel comfortable taking a tying assessment and score above 25 WPM
Customer service experience is a plus; Call Center experience is not required will train
