We are currently looking for Administrative Support for a health and wellness company in the Sorrento Valley area. In this role you will be response of maintaining accuracy of database while adhering to service level agreements for response/completion time.

Essential Functions

  • Ensures database is updated with Practitioner Status Change Requests and
    evaluates for quality assurance and timely submission

  • Updates Practitioner Communications in internal system within a 3 day turn around

  • Sends out health plan election forms to required contracted practitioners and forwards election forms to Practitioner Contract Administration department within a timely fashion, for data entry into the system.

  • Processes resignation letters with 100% accuracy, submits resignation data to PCS Phone Rep
    Coordinator for practitioner retention.

  • Maintains health plan specific spreadsheets related to new health plan implementations in
    collaboration with Practitioner Recruitment Support Staff.

  • Participates in team meetings and performs other functions as requested by coordinator,
    supervisor and/or manager.

  • Prepares agendas and minutes for team meetings and distributes minutes to the team in a
    timely manner.

  • Tracks receipt of signed Agreements

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Required

  • 2 plus years of computer experience with Word, Database management, and spreadsheets

  • Previous experience working in a clinic, hospital or health plan preferred
