We are currently looking for a Recruiter to assist a manufacturing company in the El Cajon area. In this role you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to include: Screening of job applicants, Scheduling and coordinating interviews, reference checks, creating job postings, and coordinating with outside vendors. If you have 2 plus years of recruiting experience, then we are looking for you to join the team.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in the recruitment effort for personnel by conducting the initial sourcing of potential candidates, screening of applicants, coordinating and scheduling interviews with the appropriate hiring managers, and conducting reference checks.

  • Participate in the onboarding of new employees by coordinating pre-placement screenings, and coordinate and schedule new employee orientations and indoctrination programs.

  • Assist in the data entry of personnel files and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) record and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Receive questions and concerns from job applicants and assist the human resources department in developing and implementing solutions.

  • Assist in generating reports through the HRIS or ATS system and/or Excel for tracking and/or documentation purposes.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • 2 plus years of recruiting. Manufacturing experience is a plus
