Production Operators

Position Description: - Perform 5S in respective areas. - Communicate production information to oncoming shift - Perform all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader - Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management Position Requirements: - Must know how to sauter, must have small hands, and preferably from Asian decent - Strong enthusiasm for work, including the ability to stand for 12-hour work shifts - Proven track record with a “Can Do” attitude and reliability - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions - Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the other team members - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods - Ability to work independently work 12 hour long shifts - Be able to lift 50 lbs.
