Administrative Assistance

Pay $20 / hour

M-F 7a-3p; reporting to Maintenance Manager, John White

Estimated 2-month assignment

Primary Goal is to contact all vendors for PO Follow up/tracking

Basic requirements include but are not limited to the following: 

• Very good communication skills

• Patient

• 90%+ of the time will be calling vendors

• Organized, can maintain notes…

• Basic Excel skill is a nice to have

• Reliable
