Machine Operator

- Responsible of the entire room where works on: quality control, hygiene,efficiency

- Responsible for all operations of the labeler, the filler to include solving all of the machine errors during a production run.

- Check all the control points written on production form to ensure any bad product

- Responsible of the cleaning after each shift.

- Responsible for inspecting all labels rolls to ensure good condition before using them.

- Responsible for properly removing any labels during a change over making sure that they are neatly packaged so they may be used the next time this product is run.

- Report to Q.C. inspectors any issue which ca affect the quality of the finished product.

- Use the correct color code and store all cleaning supplies in the designated area.

- Maintain clean and safe all the specific area.

- Assist in new employee training.

- Maintain a safe working environment.

- All other duties as assigned by management.
