We’re currently seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal and clerical skills to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work nights, 12 hour shifts, 2/23 schedule

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid Class C state driver’s license

  • Clean driving record for the past three (3) years

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move boxes of paper

  • Proficiency typing at 35 words per minute

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, tickets, and various documents

  • Computes amounts, maintains daily cash totals

  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, record keeping, and data entry

  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously

  • Greet and assist members of the public, directing inquiries appropriately

  • Support department operations with general administrative assistance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of modern office practices and procedures

  • Proficient in business English, spelling, grammar, and arithmetic

  • Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Capable of sitting for extended periods and using a keyboard for 70% of the time
