Machine Shop Foreman

Visions Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations for a great company in Montebello. This full-time role requires 5–10 years of machining experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate machine operators and train and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to operators. 
• Plan and schedule jobs to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years machining experience; 2–3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
