Responsibilites
• Conduct in-process and first article inspections using customer drawings
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate QC documentation
• Inspect electronic assemblies and components to IPC and ANSI Class 3 standards
• Monitor wave soldering processes and verify operator self-inspections
• Use microscopes and precision tools to inspect PCBs and support soldering tasks
Required
• High school diploma with 5+ years in EMS or OEM electronics manufacturing
• Skilled in blueprint reading, assembly instructions, and IPC/ANSI/NASA standards
• Experienced in ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP environments and AS9102 documentation
• Strong English communication; familiar with AOI equipment
