Nashville healthcare management company is expanding and has openings in their Customer Service department!
*Temp to Perm positions*
1st shift: must be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm
(shift length is 8 hours; time of shift may change)
Responsible for supporting the prior authorization process by answering incoming telephone calls, and resolving customer questions, complaints and requests.
•2+ years of customer service/telephone experience
•High School diploma or equivalent.
•Medical terminology course(s) helpful.
Knowledge & Abilities
•Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance industry
•Ability to speak English fluently enough to be clearly understood over the telephone.
•Use phone system effectively.
•Multitask on a personal computer while conducting telephone conversations.
•Work in a fast-paced call center environment
•Type 3500 keystrokes per hour
•Type 35 wpm
•Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 /hour
