Position Title: Sheet Metal Team Member Location: Holland, MI Pay Range: $16-$22 Shift: 1st Benefits: medical, dental, life, and disability insurance; 401k; and paid time off. Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to work with all aspects of the Sheet Metal Department and perform quality checks to insure a quality product for our customer. This position is called upon to handle all Sheet metal activities, checking quality of product and packaging product for shipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for quality of product before final shipment Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals Supports, participates, and encourages team building Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments, and the supervisor Promotes a positive work environment To follow all of Porter Corp’s procedures and policies Work safely and efficiently Stay customer focused Operating a break press, Shears, Punch, and various other machines/equipment Perform other duties as assigned #TSTRATHP
