Account Receivable Analyst.
Location; By Hawkins Blvd.
Monday to Friday.
8am to 5pm.
Job Summary:
The Account Receivable Analyst will manage customer accounts, apply payments, reconcile invoices, and follow up on past due balances. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
*Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
*Prepare and send invoices and monthly statements
*Follow up on past due invoices
*Handle billing discrepancies and deductions
*Perform daily AR reconciliations
Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED (college accounting/finance credits a plus)
*1+ year bookkeeping or accounting experience
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP knowledge preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
*Knowledge of trade spending, discounts, and allowances a plus
