This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance mechanic to perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations.

Starting salary is $31.51 hourly with merit increases every 6 months!

The schedule is a 6:30PM (12 hour shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Safely execute electrical repairs, including working with 480V AC systems.

• Utilize multimeters and other test instruments for checking and repairing equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on various plant equipment, including battery manufacturing machinery and utilities.

• Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Install new equipment, including electrical, gas, water, and air hookups.

• Document all work performed, including time spent, actions taken, and any identified new work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of electro-mechanical and hydraulics experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient in industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics, including troubleshooting and repairing production machinery components like motor starters and AC motor drives.

• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.

• Qualified to work safely with and understand 480 Volts AC.
