Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd Shift team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on both electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Pay Rate: $27.50/hr

Location: IN, 47670
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:30 PM, with 10-hour shifts.

Training: Must have shift flexibility during training period

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts.

• Diagnose PLC and control system issues (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Toyo Cup experience a plus).

• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.

• Perform welding repairs and maintain cutting/welding tools.

• Conduct equipment inspections and complete detailed maintenance logs.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

• At least 2 years of electrical troubleshooting experience required.

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and automation systems preferred.
