Are you looking to transition into an office environment but unsure where to start? This entry-level opportunity is the perfect launchpad for individuals ready to build foundational skills in customer service, communication, and professional operations.

We’re partnering with a training provider to offer a free hybrid course starting July 28, 2025, designed to prepare you for success in a fast-paced call center environment.

What to Expect:

• Hands-on training: 3 weeks, hybrid style

• Class meets: Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00am–11:30am (plus some online assignments)

• Learn to navigate in-bound and out-bound calling, basic systems, and multitasking under pressure

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Are comfortable talking to people over the phone

• Can type at least 40 WPM and use basic office tools

• Stay composed and professional in customer interactions

• Are seeking your first step into a stable call center career

Details:

• Pay: $16/hour after completing training

• Full-time schedule

• Location: Remote with required in-person training attendance

• Must complete training in full

• Must have your own computer/laptop and internet access
