Are you looking to transition into an office environment but unsure where to start? This entry-level opportunity is the perfect launchpad for individuals ready to build foundational skills in customer service, communication, and professional operations.
We’re partnering with a training provider to offer a free hybrid course starting July 28, 2025, designed to prepare you for success in a fast-paced call center environment.
What to Expect:

Hands-on training: 3 weeks, hybrid style

Class meets: Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00am–11:30am (plus some online assignments)

Learn to navigate in-bound and out-bound calling, basic systems, and multitasking under pressure
You Might Be a Fit If You:

Are comfortable talking to people over the phone

Can type at least 40 WPM and use basic office tools

Stay composed and professional in customer interactions

Are seeking your first step into a stable call center career

Pay: $16/hour after completing training
