Job Title: 3rd Shift Supervisor
Schedule: Sunday nights – Thursday mornings (6:30 PM – 5:00 AM) with occasional Friday overnights
Salary: $60,000 annually to start, with potential for overtime
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee our overnight warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, prior supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all 3rd shift warehouse activities
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, shipping, and receiving
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or disciplinary action as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Use computer systems to track inventory, prepare reports, and manage schedules
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Support cross-functional tasks and assist in training new staff
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience is required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently, including some Fridays as needed
