Job Title: Inventory Manager
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (with long-term potential of $70K–$80K annually)
Schedule: Flexible options available (e.g., 8–5, 7–4:30, or 4x9s with half-day Fridays)
Environment: Clean, air-conditioned facility
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Manager to oversee one primary client account and manage a small team of warehouse staff. This is a hands-on role involving inventory oversight, order fulfillment, and client account management. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room for advancement into a salaried leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory operations for a dedicated large account
Supervise and support a small team of inventory/warehouse staff
Receive, sort, and organize shipments
Fulfill client orders accurately and on time
Maintain organized inventory and storage systems
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
Comfortable with light lifting and warehouse work
Prior inventory or warehouse management experience preferred
