Job Title: Shop Helper
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Helper to join our team in a modern, climate-controlled 24,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and is eager to contribute to a company with a long-standing reputation for high-quality metal fabrication and precision machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machinists, welders, and fabricators in daily shop operations
- Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, material handling, and organizing work areas
- Support equipment setup and breakdown procedures
- Deliver materials and tools to various departments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
