Job Title: Forklift Operator / Materials Puller
Location: Tulsa, OK 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $16-18/hr


Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operator and Materials Puller to support daily operations in our metal fabrication facility. This role is responsible for the safe movement, organization, and staging of raw materials and finished components throughout the shop. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport raw materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the facility

  • Pull and prepare materials based on work orders and production schedules

  • Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and production floor

  • Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report maintenance needs

  • Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Accurately track material movements and inventory using shop systems or documentation

  • Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Proven experience operating a forklift in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Familiarity with metal fabrication materials is a plus
