Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $17/hr+ Depending on Experience

We are AS9100/9110 certified and offer specialized DER repair programs tailored to our customers’ needs.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will primarily involve interacting with customers via email and phone, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. While aerospace experience is not required, a background in customer service is preferred. This position provides a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic, customer-focused organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, products, and repair capabilities.
  • Assist customers with the order process, including quotes, tracking, and service-related questions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Basic customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.
